On Sunday, October 22, on a beautiful, but windy day, we held our annual Halloween Parade. With a crowd approaching a hundred people, the children, parents and grandparents stepped off to seasonal music for our usual parade through the neighborhood. Afterwards, they decorated pumpkins, enjoyed craft making, had their faces painted, enjoyed snacks and more.
We wish to thank all who helped make this a successful event again this year.
Special thanks go to:
The Committee Chairperson & Committee Members
Girl Scout Volunteers
East Islip High School Student Volunteers
Art Honor Society Students at EIHS - Face Painting
Great River Firehouse - Karen, James, Brian & Dave
Pumpkin Donations- Softwind Landscaping
Hay Bale Donations- Parkview Riding Center
Congratulations to Briggs, Kelsey, and Maryann on winning the “Guess How Many” Prizes, and Avalyn for winning the Toddler Prize.
