On Monday December 23, 2024 we had a beautiful evening for our yearly Menorah Lighting.
Special thanks again to Abigail Shulman for explaining the meaning of Hanukkah, the symbolism of the Menorah, leading the prayers and lighting the first candle. The gathering gets a little larger each year, as we celebrate the beginning of Hanukkah.
As usual, there was plenty of hot chocolate, jelly donuts, gelt and dreidels. Thanks to all who attended the GRCA Annual Menorah Lighting.
Appreciation goes to Abby Shulman for her assistance, and the Kersch family for storing and maintaining the Menorah. Abby will also light the candles each night.
