On Sunday, May 28th, 2023, the Great River Fire Department hosted the annual Memorial Day Parade and Memorial Service. It was followed by a gathering at the FireHouse afterwards. What a beautiful Day to be with friends and neighbors to honor the men and women who have sacrificed their lives to serve and protect our Country and our freedoms.
This year the get together afterwards included the usual fare plus a Bouncy House for the children and popcorn for all. Many thanks to the Department for keeping this tradition alive.
