On a near perfect Fall day, the volunteers met to decorate the firehouse and put out treats and crafts for the children. As 2:00pm approached, magically, over 150 children, parents, and grandparents appeared for the annual parade and festivities. The pumpkin decorating, face painting and craft making went well. The popcorn machine was its usual hit with all. Music was provided by our resident “DJ” Mitch and the “Guess How Many” contest for the kids was a success with Mikey, Elly, and Briggs Winning the prizes.
