RECAP!

The third year of the Ice Cream Social was a charm.  The sun was shining with a light breeze, a perfect day to have an Ice Cream Cone or Sundae and talk for a while.

There was already a line as Tiffani, owner of Cosmos Creamery and Burgers in Islip Terrace, and her team arrived to set up.  The flow continued until they were breaking down and cleaning up.  This year we added Corn Hole games and Bubble Wands to the Glitter Tattoos and Wheel of Chance for items at the store.

We saw a lot of familiar faces and some new ones.  All seemed to have a smile as they ate and talked to neighbors.  We hope to see everyone back and some more people next time.
