Special General Meeting

At the December 2025 General Meeting, it was decided to call a Special Meeting to discuss the options for replacing the signs at the entrances to Great River. This meeting will present design and cost estimates for each of the proposed solutions.
Following this meeting, there will be a two (2) week period (March 10th through March 24th) for an Email vote for all 2026 current members of the Great River Community Association as of March 9th. An Email will be sent with the options defined and voting instructions. The results of the vote will be posted and the solution will be implemented. The vote will also constitute approval of any costs or fund raising necessary.
It was discussed allowing all residents a vote. This idea was not implemented as the primary source of funds will be from membership dues.
